Never received my order!

I contacted Hoopnotica a few times and I still haven't received a single response.

Hoopnotica charged me almost instantly after I placed my order, and they have not given me any tracking or backorder information for my transaction. They have not responded to any of my attempts to reach them.

I will be disputing the charges and canceling my order. Terrible customer service experience that could have easily been salvaged with improved communication.
