I ordered a hoop a month ago in December 2018. They immediately deducted funds and send a confirmation email stating I would receive the hoop in 4-10 business days. It's been a month (It is now JANUARY 2019) and NO Hoop. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with a live person as there is no customer service number. They have not responded to ANY of my several inquiries about a track number or when I can expect item. All I have received is an AUTOMATED reply.
I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY.
THIS NOT A LEGITIMATE.
THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!
